Cell Phones Strongly Linked To Cancer 

Like everyone, I use a cell phone, but I attempt to limit my use of it to limit my exposure to the EMFs coming off it. What triggered my concern was information that initially came from a study published in 2011 by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC). Because of this study, the IARC classified cell phones as possibly carcinogenic.

 

Let’s update our information to this year. There was a study published by the highly respected Ramazzini Institute in Italy. Their study showed a clear link between cell phone radiation and Schwann cell tumors in the brain. The Institute is urging the IARC to reclassify cell phones from possibly carcinogenic to probably carcinogenic.

 

In addition, a recent analysis in the UK found that the incident of glioblastoma multiforme, which is the deadliest type of brain tumor, more than doubled between 1995 and 2015. The authors of this analysis thought that the dramatic increase is likely due to “widespread environmental and lifestyle factors” which included the increased use of cell phones.

 

Finally, the cell phone industry is beginning to rollout 5G technology which requires small antennas to be installed every 250 feet in a city to ensure connectivity. This means that these electromagnetic fields will literally be all around us all the time. Last year more than 180 doctors from 35 countries and 230 scientists from 41 countries urged a moratorium on the rollout of this 5G technology due to potential health risks as EMF radiation has proven to be harmful for humans and the environment.

 

While it may be hard to do, you might want to limit your direct exposure to cells phones as much as you can. To help you do this you can purchase a Faraday container, which blocks EMF signals, to put your phone in to when you’re not using it. Another thing you can do is to get a QLink from Clarrus. Dark Chocolate To Lower Blood Pressure

Here’s a tasty way to lower your blood pressure. A study from Germany found that adults who have hypertension who consumed less than 2 dark chocolate kisses a day for 18 weeks lowered this systolic pressure by an average of 2.9 mm Hg and diastolic pressure by 1.9 mm Hg without experiencing an increase in weight, cholesterol or insulin levels. While this is a modest lowering, it can be enough to move a person out of being diagnosed with hypertension. So…celebrate and have a kiss or two a day, just make sure it’s dark chocolate!

Dishonest People Are Viewed As Less Competent

A study published by the American Psychological Association found that deceptive people are looked at as being dishonest and also as being less capable. The researchers conducted six experiments with 1,500 volunteers. In several of the experiments, the participants were told that certain people were accused of cheating on an exam or stealing from a donation jar. The other participants rated these people as less competent. So, honesty being the best policy may still have some life in it today.

 

The Power Of Walking
An article in Prevention Magazine in the May 2018 issue listed a number of studies published in medical journals that reported how walking benefits our bodies. The article even gave the amount of time you need to walk to get the benefit of improved overall health as well as the health of each organ in the body.

  1. Brain – 60 minutes of brisk walking a day can improve neuron health.

  2. Illness – 20 minutes of brisk walking 5 days a week can lead to 43% fewer sick days.

  3. Breasts – Women walking 1 hour per day had a 14% lower breast cancer rate verse those who only walked a total of 3 hours per week.

  4. Mood – 12% of depression cases could be prevented by walking an hour per week.

  5. Heart – by regularly walking 3 miles per hour, you can cut your risk of heart disease by 50%.

  So… lace up your sneakers and start walking for better health.
