Recent
Headlines About Coconut Oil Need To Be Examined Further
Newspaper
headlines reported that the American Heart Association (AHA) had advised
that saturated fats like coconut oil should be avoided to cut your risk of
heart disease. The problem with this declaration is that it wasn’t based
on the latest research about coconut oil. Instead, it
was based on four studies published in the 1960s and early 1970s. Yes, you
read that right, studies from the 1960s and 70s. Plus, none of these
studies included coconut oil in their analysis because, guess what, no one
was eating coconut oil back then.
The
AHA also ignored the results from the largest health trials ever
conducted: the Minnesota Coronary Survey, the Sydney Heart Study and the
Women’s Health Initiative because they contradicted the AHA’s results.
One more thing, guess who financially supports that AHA? Processed meat
and processed food companies, such as, Subway sandwiches, Cheerios as well
as many drug companies. No doubt, this is because they are using unhealthy
oils and saturated fats.

So…coconut
oil is a healthy oil that you should not stop using based on the
“evidence” presented by the AHA.

Using
Intravenous Vitamin C To Kill Cancer Cells
Vitamin
C is an antioxidant that can also kill cancer cells. The problem is to get
to the levels necessary to kill cancer, you need to have the Vitamin C
given intravenously. By bypassing the digestive tract, IV administration
can get your level of C to 500 times higher than what you can achieve
through taking the C orally. What these large doses of Vitamin C are doing
is causing the body to produce hydrogen peroxide which is what kills the
cancer cells. A study conducted by the University of Iowa found that tumor
cells are much less capable of removing hydrogen peroxide from these cells
than normal cells. The researchers found that normal cells are not harmed
by these high levels of hydrogen peroxide.
Another
study found that taking IV Vitamin C also helps lower two markers of
inflammation in the body. When these markers are lowered, tumor size is
also reduced. Finally, in a study conducted at the Riordan Clinic, IV C
can also help lower the risk of metastasis in 75% of patients. So…got
cancer, don’t give up hope; instead explore getting IV Vitamin C.

The
Benefit Of Interval Training to Keep You Younger Longer
High
Intensity Interval Training is a method of exercising by doing alternate
short bursts of intense aerobic exercise such as running or cycling at
full speed followed by a brief lower intensity period. While the benefits
of doing this exercise program include improving cardiovascular and
respiratory health, reducing fat and controlling glucose levels, a new
study in Cell
Metabolism found that it can also reverse signs of aging in cells.
The
researchers compared people under 30 to a group over 65. Both groups had
participants doing interval cycling or doing strength training with
weights. While both groups improved their overall fitness levels, the over
65 group doing interval training reversed signs of aging at a higher level
within their cells. They had a 69% increase in their cell’s ability to
take in oxygen and produce energy verses a 49% increase for the under 30
group. The 65 group also had larger changes take place in their cells
positively affecting their mitochondria and ribosomes.
The
interval training method that I use has been shown be one of the most
beneficial ones to do. I use it with walking. What I do first is walk
normally for 60 seconds. Next, I walk at what I define as 3/4 of my top
speed for 30 seconds. Then I increase my speed to what I define as 7/8s of
my top speed for 20 seconds. Finally, I go at top speed for 10 seconds.
This describes one full cycle. You need to do 3 to 6 cycles, 2 to 3 times
per week. I have found this method to be fast, reasonably easy and
effective. So…lace up your sneakers and start “intervaling”.

Happening In The Medical Field
A
lot of misdiagnoses is happening in the medical profession. Doctors who
spend 10 minutes with a patient can easily misunderstand what the patient
is saying is wrong with them and therefore, the doc
can jump to conclusions based on what they thought they heard –
remember, they need to get to the next patient.
If
you think you’ve been misdiagnosed, you now have a number of options
that you can use to verify the accuracy of the diagnosis.

2.
Search
PubMed medical publications (ncbi.nim.nih.gove/pubmed).
3.
Contact
Best Doctors in Boston to be connected to a medical expert for a second
opinion.
4.
Do
your own research online at medlineplus.gov, mayoclinic.org or
uptodate.com.
5.
Join
an online community of patients such as Smart Patients or Inspire.
So…you’ve
received your initial diagnosis, it’s now up to you to protect your
health and wellbeing by investigating before accepting your doctor’s
opinion.

Sulfur:
An Overlooked Nutrient
The
primary function of Sulfur is to transport oxygen across your cell
membranes. It also improves cell regeneration, recovery from fatigue,
increased athletic performance and detoxifying from heavy metals. Sulfur
is also a key element for your body’s ability to assemble amino acids,
which are your body’s building blocks.
We
don’t make our own sulfur, we have to consume it from plants. The
problem is that our soils have been depleted of sulfur. This means we need
to supplement our diet with bio available Sulfur in the form of MSM

cancer that had chemotherapy and took 30 grams of sulfur during chemo were
able to prevent the side effects of hair loss, nausea and diarrhea. Using
sulfur also reduced the size of
tumors and decreased pain. So…adding MSM to your diet can have a
lot of beneficial outcomes.

are a powerful way to move towards a healthier diet. A review of 29
published studies found that people who eat a handful of nuts a day can
lower their risk of coronary heart disease by 21%, cardiovascular disease
by 21%, cancer by 15%, diabetes by 39%, respiratory disease by 52% and
infectious disease by a whopping 75%. Not bad for a handful of nuts which
is the equivalent of 24 almonds or 15 pecan halves a day. So…you now
have a yummy way to stay healthy.
